Still 150. Today was a bad day for calories. I had two chocolate chip cookies after a long meeting. The plate was sitting there, right in front of me, on the table. Dang it. I'd had only a yogurt and a couple of broccoli spears for lunch, and was hungry.
Then we had pizza for dinner. I had one slice of spinach ricotta pizza for dinner.
Still only 800 calories, but it feels like I will need to eat celery tomorrow for lunch and dinner; I feel so guilty!
Tomorrow, doctor's appointment. I'm going with the list of blood tests that are recommended for accurate diagnosis of hypothyroidism, and hope my doctor will agree to them.
Hi M. I started following you because I also have hypothyroidism due to a thyroidectomy back in 09 for thyroid nodules. I know exactly what you are going through and tend to have more problems dealing with my weight during the winter months because I hate cold weather!
ReplyDeleteThe problem that I have in the winter is with my cholesterol levels and my blog is mostly centered around that at the moment, but will change once Spring gets here and I start walking again. I look forward to reading more about your journey towards your goal.

ReplyDeleteI hope to have some bloodwork tests back soon and I have to admit I feel some hope about seeing the specialist, even though he is located 2.5 hours away... at this point, I really feel I need some help with this.
