Day 54: 151.5

I'm taking a few days off, obviously. It's so discouraging to see a lack of progress, despite your every effort.

I'm still waiting for these dam* hives to fully resolve, though it's a little better, not so itchy. I guess it takes a while for an allergic reaction to nullify.

Meanwhile, I'm just trying to stay up with healthy eating habits. I'll post again soon, after I start feeling a little better. Hypothyroid dieting is not easy.

  1. It isn't healthy eating so few calories. If you think it is you are kidding yourself. Your immune system is now out of whack and your body has given you hives. You are missing some vital ingredients your body needs.

    Get yourself the book "The Diet Cure" by Julia Ross or try the BALi diet on the website of Dr Roby Mitchell, www.drfitt.com. I am losing weight consistently doing a bit of both and with no calorie counting and eating as much as I want.

  2. That might be discouraging but don't lose hope. I'm on my thyroid diet while taking bovine . It may take so long but I keep on going.
